Welcome to our Alzimm Contracts page. We are going through a lot of great new changes here at Alzimm and one of them is in the way we work with our puppy families.You will not loose any of the back up we give our babies in any way.It will just be on a per-family basis.

                     New Puppy Reservation Policy changes for 2010 litters !!!!!

Our reservation policies have been upgraded for the better once again and will be personally shared with new puppy families as needed.

1) Our puppy reserve policies are always simple, fair and hassle-free.
2) We offer refundable deposits. Of course you may choose to have your deposit placed on another litter.
3) Puppies are reserved and considered in pick order according to when spoken for and paying of deposits.
4) We reserve the right to hold back the first pick male or female of any litter.
5) Puppies are offered on a limited or full registration basis.
6) We have a wonderful Hip/Health Guarantee program that we happily plan with you when you get your puppy
7) You are always free to check in and see what we may have available although most of our litters are reserved before birth.

                          

   
  
                           
                                                       About Alzimm Kennel visits
Alzimm kennel is currently closed to public while remodeling and doing maintenance right now.Thanks to all who are patiently waiting to visit. We will get you here asap and are looking forward to meeting you.Things are going much slower than planned due to a lot of wet weather.

  We always welcome you to come and visit by appointment.However,the needs of our expecting Mothers and babies are always priority so please understand if you have to wait to visit.
    We do request that you do not visit other kennels the day of your visit and do not wear shoes that have been to other kennels.(This also goes for puppy pick up days).



  


                                                 All Alzimm puppies go home with

All puppies born here are properly socialized with us,our children and grandchildren and given the up most in tender loving care from birth in our heated whelping rooms right here in our home until the very moment they are released into your loving arms.

  All of our puppies go to their new homes with our own exclusive Alzimm Puppy care kit. Included are some of the following:

1)   AKC registration papers (Limited or full registration) your choice
2)   First vet visit, shots and parasite control record
      (to date, all Alzimm puppies have passed their veterinarian parasite/stool checks 100%)
3)   Certified (official) pedigrees
4)   An Alzimm inclusive written Hip/Health guarantee.
5)   Puppy care tip sheet.
6)   Food Sample and feeding suggestions
7)   Copies of Purchase Contract and Receipt
8)   A special little Puppy Blankie
10) Nu Vet plus Sample ... Please contact us if you would like to get this wonderful product.It does make a huge difference!!
11) Puppy's collar and /or leash
12) Lots of love,attention and socializing with our grand babies and ourselves.
13) One-on-one personal time going over all details.
14) Some extra little surprises to make your puppy's going home trip special.
15) Back up support for the lifetime of your puppy.

  We do our best to provide good,healthy,intelligent,puppies for your many years of future enjoyment and like wise expect these puppies to have a safe and loving home to grow up in.A safe kennel with proper shelter while outside and/or a fenced in yard or run area is prefered for your puppy's safety and well being.We always recommend taking your puppy to training classes with a reputable trainer.


We also understand that sometimes things happen and a beloved pet has to change homes. We ask that you contact us to work something out or find a safe loving home for him/her before placing your best friend in a shelter or dog pound.We do offer lifetime return option for the life of your puppy/dog . However, no fees of purchase will be refunded.

                                                  About Puppy Going Home day


     We understand that you are most excited to see the puppies but due to health,insurance and safety issues ,We do not open our nursery until the puppies have had their first shots and are ready to go to their new homes.We are happy to email you litter pictures as the litter developes and we do keep updated pictures on our website as they grow.

   At approximately  8 weeks of age,when the puppies are fully weaned, their 6 week shots have had some time to take effect and have been released for new homes by our licensed veterinarian,we set up appointments in picking /deposit order and will be happy to have you come and pick up your puppy.You may also meet the parents at the time you get your puppy.

   We arrange most appointments on Saturday and Sunday between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm. in picking order,so, please keep this in mind when planning to visit.

   In the event that you are unable to be here for your appointment time, you may either choose your puppy by pictures and temperament information by email or you may choose to go lower on the choosing order list.

   Please be considerate in keeping your puppy pick up date with us.We have others that drive a long distance and need to be able to pick their puppy also.Sorry but we can not ask others to wait who are as excited to get their puppy as you are.We do our best to be as fair to all as we can.
    
    We do usually charge a 5.00 per day fee to hold a puppy past the appointment day until you pick him/her up.This fee is non refundable.


  We accept personal checks and money orders for deposits but only cash for the remaining balance when your puppy is picked up.Sorry,no exceptions.

                                            Alzimm Puppy Hip/Health Guarantee

      We require that you have your puppy checked by your own Licensed Veterinarian
within 3 days (72 hours) of pick up date.This is for the benefit of all involved and gives your Vet a starting point to get to know your puppy and to be able to look at his/her shot /vet records to set your puppy's next appointment.

     Our Alzimm adults have access 24/7 to properly maintained,clean housing,including large 4.5' by 7.5' inside runs with kennel boxes with soft bedding included, which provide double protection from the elements.Our fur family also has access to extra large (7.5' by15') outside concrete runs with rubber mats that include natural shade and wading pools in the hot months of the year.A large fenced play yard is also provided and each dog gets yard running time to play and interact daily.Our adult pack members here are never subjected to living in dog crates at any time.(Unless needed by a medical emergency).Our puppies are only briefly,periodically placed in crates a few minutes at a time to help them adjust to crate training in their new homes.We also never recommend using small crates with no room for the puppy to play in when at their new home.

  We never subject our babies and mothers to being kept/raised in crates as this can cause way to many detrimental, developmental issues and is unfair to both mother and babies.One of our 2 wonderful nursery rooms can be seen on our kennel page.Each mother and litter has a 4.5' x 8.5' kennel in one of our large inside (heated and cooled) nursery rooms (located inside our house with us) so babies have plenty of room to stretch,play and grow which is so crucial to good bone and muscle growth.However,we do make sure that each baby regularly gets to spend a very short time in a large sized dog training crate now and than to make their transition to a new home that provides crate training easier.

                          We have had really great results with our methods and stand by them.
