             1) Our puppy reserve policies are always simple, fair and hassle-free.
             2) We offer refundable deposits should you change your mind.
                 Of course you may choose to have your deposit placed on another litter.
             3) Puppies are reserved and considered in pick order according to when spoken for and paying of deposits.
                 No promise is made for getting a puppy if a deposit has not been placed.
             4) Puppies are all AKC registered and offered on a limited and at times, full registration basis.
                 All Limited and Full Registration puppies are 100% AKC Registered.
                 Akc papers and pedigrees are always ready and sent home with all puppies. We never hold back AKC papers.
             5) We have a wonderful 1 and 2 year Hip/Health Guarantee program that we happily confirm
                (in writing) when you pick up you puppy.
             6) If you have not placed a deposit, You are always free to check in and see what we may have available but most of our
                 litters are reserved before birth (depending on the size litter we get)
                 7) Alzimm always reserves the right to cancel any puppy contracts if we feel that one of our puppies would not be well
                 placed in the right environment.
             8) We reserve the right to hold back the first pick male or female of any litter for our future breeding program
                 or for approved breeding/show homes at any time.
          

                                                                           Deposit Information

         Alzimm  Kennels always offers Refundable Deposits Should You Change Your Mind.
      Of course we will apply your full deposit to the next available litter of your choice if you wish. We always offer to refund your deposit in full if anything happens to your puppy while in our care or if we don't get a puppy for you.
      We do Guarantee 100% that when you visit to get your puppy, you will find that our facilities babies and parents are just as stated/shown on our web site. Parents and babies are guaranteed to be in great health having great temperaments and having clean, comfortable living conditions.

                                               Reserving Your Puppy and Kennel Visits 

            Isn't it worth waiting a little while to see the parents if it guarantees you a healthy puppy?                                                    
       Parents and Facilities are Always presented when you pick up your puppy. We welcome you to meet our  our pack family and puppies, we are just strict about when we allow it. We no longer schedule kennel visits with pregnant females here or before puppies have had first shots. It's just to risky for puppies and it guarantees you the best opportunity to take home a healthy puppy.We are not into and do not encourage kennel hopping as it is not good for any puppies and we do not schedule " visits " just for shopping around. Our web site clearly shows what we have here and what we are all about.You can easily and confidently confirm all about us when you choose your puppy on puppy pick up days, meet the parents and see our facilities.We happily post web site litter pictures as the babies grow.
       Here at Alzimm we always keep the well being of our pack, pregnant mommies and babies at the top of our priorities. We're sorry if any of this offends you but providing a healthy, well balanced puppy for future years of your enjoyment and our peace of mind is our priority here......Sorry, no exceptions.

             Please do your research on Parvo and you will see why we are strict about how we do things here at Alzimm. It's not worth it to us to risk any of our puppies to this deadly disease.  We have a 100% Parvo-Free record here in our puppies and adults proving that our methods work.

                 
  
                           
                                                                            Puppy Go Home Days
                        
      We do request that you do not visit other kennels the day of your puppy pick up and do not wear shoes/clothes that have been to other kennels.

      Children are always encouraged to visit with you. However, we request that you leave your fur babies home as this is not the place or time to try to introduce them to your new baby properly

      At approximately  8 weeks of age, when the puppies are fully weaned, their 6 week shots have had some time to take effect and they have been released for new homes by our licensed veterinarian, we set up appointments in picking /deposit order and will be happy to have you come and pick up your puppy.You may also meet the parents and see our kennel facilities at the time you get your puppy.

     We arrange most pick up appointments on Saturday and Sunday between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm. in picking order,so, please keep this in mind when planning to visit.  Please be considerate in keeping your puppy pick up date with us. We have others that drive a long distance and need to be able to pick their puppy also. Sorry but we can not ask others to wait for a later date who are as excited to get their puppy as you are. We start scheduling appointments for pick up day when the babies are about 5 weeks old.

     In the event that you are unable to be here for your appointment time, you may either choose your puppy by pictures and temperament information by email or you may choose to go lower on the choosing order list. We also apply deposits to a future litter at your request if you decide to do so. We do our part to have your puppy ready to go. PLEASE do your part and Make an extra effort to keep your appointment.

    We charge a 5.00 per day (non refundable) fee to hold a puppy past the scheduled appointment day until you pick him/her up.

                            We accept personal checks and bank cashiers checks (no money orders) for deposits
                 cash for the remaining balance is required when your puppy is picked up. Sorry, no exceptions.
                                    

                                                           Shipping

     Please don't ask us to ship a puppy as it won't even be considered. We don't allow puppies to leave here with out meeting you and also giving you a chance to meet our puppies' parents, ask any questions, go over contracts and see our facilities.
                                              We do not believe in or support sight-unseen adoptions.

    We do our best to provide good,healthy,intelligent,puppies for your many years of future enjoyment and like wise expect these puppies to have a safe and loving home to grow up in.A safe kennel with proper shelter while outside and/or a fenced in yard or run area is preferred for your puppy's safety and well being.We always recommend taking your puppy to training classes with a reputable trainer.


    We also understand that sometimes things happen and a beloved pet has to change homes. We ask that you contact us to work something out or find a safe loving home for him/her before placing your best friend in a shelter or dog pound.We do offer lifetime return option for the life of your puppy/dog . However, no fees of purchase will be refunded.

                                                        Alzimm Puppy Hip/Health Guarantee

        All Alzimm puppies go home with your choice of a 1 or 2 year inclusive Alzimm written Genetic/Congenital health/hip guarantee and lifetime support and help no matter how much a puppy goes for.

          We require that you have your puppy checked by your own Licensed Veterinarian within 3 days (72 hours) of pick up date.
 This is for the benefit of all involved and gives your Vet a starting point to get to know your puppy and to be able to look at his/her
 shot /vet records and to set your puppy's next appointment.
 
         We are confident in the health of our parents, the healthy start we provide our puppies and our veterinarians expertise which allows us to guarantee that your puppy will be free of any serious genetic or serious congenital issues for 1- 2 years from purchase date. This includes Hips, Heart, Eyes, Lungs and more.
         We realize that there is no guarantee that even tested parents will produce perfect puppies and that no puppy is ever born
" Health Certified " so, we rely on our veterinarians expert help, advise and the parent's present/past health back grounds , the way the puppies are raised and our written guarantee.
         However, we can not guarantee against issues from lack of proper nutrition, improper exercise, neglect or from allowing your pet to become overweight or spayed/neutered to young.
         If anything would ever happen that we would need to replace a puppy, we would not ask you to return your original puppy to get a replacement.
