(Our handsome red boy April 1st-2010 He's starting to blow his winter coat so he does look a little rough right now).
Kyler is our gorgeous Field Golden male and has sired some fantastic litters with Meisha and Sophie.These litters have been totally awesome and have produced lively, playful, gentle pups with colors ranging from dark golden to red.Some puppies even have had some white which makes them just adorable and does no harm since these are the working line Retrievers and not the Show lines.Although most white turns cream, golden or disappears.
Kyler lives with Meisha or Sophie alternately when between puppies as Goldens do not enjoy being alone.He's very caring when either of the girls are expecting and shares,food ,bed and all willingly. He is the perfect gentleman and has never shown any kind of impatience with either lady.
He is very active,playful and has an extremely loving nature is very soft soft hearted with class and confidence..Kyler is approx 27" at the shoulder and weighs approx 75-80 lbs .His health and hip background is solid and (according to our vet and ourselves) he is the perfect example of a healthy dog.
He is very active around the children so there is never a dull moment when Kyler is out to play ! He is all Field Golden with a little less red than our girls who have a slight blend of Show Goldens in their background. .
Kyler also has a beautiful extra soft, flowing coat that is easier to maintain just as Meisha's and Sophie's are.. If there is something to explore,or mouth (even dirt) this boy will be playing in it or with it.He is quite the Ham but we all adore him.Kyler's favorite past times are trying to out-witt Koda in how they both can get Gene's hankies from his back pocket.At times they have succeed and needless to say,those hankies are finished.... Ironically,he won't get in a swimming pool and hates being sprayed with a hose although he is fantastic at bath time. What a boy for being a "water" dog.
