Nash's Meishabelle Vom Alzimm
Meisha
Current Licensed Veterinarian Health Clearances:Heart Lungs, Lungs, Eyes, Ears, Hips, Elbows. All NormalOur wonderful Meisha is our fantastic 4 year old Field Golden Retriever and she is the most loving, even tempered little lady we have ever worked with. She is a healthy girl with good sound hips and averages 60-65 lbs and stands approx. 24" at the shoulder. Her coat is a lovely darker orange/red and not as thick as the show coat Goldens making her alot easier to maintain and groom.
Her personality is more of a laid-back nature .She spends most of her summer in her swimming pool and she is always eager to learn. We never have to call her to you when out and about in the yard. She is always right there at our side. She loves to spend warm afternoons just sitting at my side while we watch the other pack interact and play in their pools.
Below: Meisha May 2011.....She is starting to blow coat and has just payed in water. This girl is never completely happy until she has played in water and dirt and gets all scruffy.

Her Dame: Izzabella the Bizzy Izzy is a wonderful very dark red gal also with a very sweet personality who is so dark red that she is often mistaken for an Irish Setter..Meisha's Sire: Nashville Duke of Findlay is a dark orange red and he is one of the finest Goldens with the most gentle nature and character I have ever seen.
Kyler and Meisha have produced awesome babies who are extremely intellgent, active in play drive with balanced, even temperament.

There's always time for hugs here at Alzimm
JULY 2011 :
Our Darling 16 month-old Grand baby, Bella enjoyed playing with Kyler and Meisha's babies at 4 weeks old.

In case you wondered:
The Field Goldens are different from the Show Goldens in the following ways.
1)The Field Goldens have a thinner coat (sometimes longer) that doesn't shed as much and dries much faster
2) The Field Goldens are finer boned and not as blocky in the head.
3) The Field Goldens are the working/hunting line of the Goldens and many are used for service dogs for their intelligence.
4)Field Goldens are almost always darker in color ranging from dark gold to reddish gold to (Irish Setter) red
5) Field Goldens are active ,easy to train and simply silly acting at times.
However, like the Show Goldens, they all love to play in dirt eat everything they shouldn't and get wet !!!
We appreciate the Show Goldens but the field Goldens have stolen our hearts.
Meisha is also a full Sister to our Sweet Sophie
