Puppy Contract Information

   All puppies born here are properly socialized with us,our children and grandchildren and given tender loving care from birth in our heated whelping room in our home.

  All of our puppies go to their new homes with their AKC registration papers,first vet visit,shots and wormings,Sire & Dame's pedigrees,A one year written health and hip guarantee,full breeding rights and a puppy care tip sheet.

  We do our best to provide good,healthy,intelligent,puppies for your many years of future enjoyment and like wise expect these puppies to have a safe and loving home to grow up in.A safe kennel with proper shelter while outside and/or a fenced in yard or run area is prefered for your puppy's safety and well being.

We do not approve of or use any shock collars,invisible fencing,or believe in hitting or  abusing puppies or dogs to correct them.We can not understand why anyone would want to cause pain to their best friend.

We do ,however,recommend the books and direction of Cesar Milan (The Dog Whisperer) as we find his training practices to be fast,effective,and wonderful in handling dogs and puppies.We get many compliments on behaviour from our vet at visits there and from the public when out and about with our guys and gals.

We also understand that sometimes things happen and a beloved pet has to change homes. We ask that you contact us to work something out or find a safe loving home for him/her before placing your best friend in a shelter or dog pound.

Puppy Reservation Policy.

     We have a reservation list for unwhelped or just whelped puppies when available.PLease contact us to be put on this list so you don't miss out.These guys go fast!

     We ask for a $100.00  (REFUNDABLE) deposit to reserve a puppy for you when a litter is born.Failure to place a deposit can not guarantee that a puppy will be available for you from any litters.If for some reason you can not go through with your puppy purchase when the puppies are ready,we will gladly refund your $100.00 deposit minus a $10.00 handling fee when our litter is sold. The full deposit will be refunded to you in the misfortunate event that your puppy would not survive while in our care.

     We understand that you are most excited to see the puppies but due to health and safety issues ,We do not open our nursery until the puppies are 4-5 weeks old.We are happy to email you litter pictures as the litter developes and we do keep updated pictures on our website as they grow.

     Please be considerate in keeping your puppy picking date with us.We have others that drive a long distance and need to be able to pick their puppy also.

    We offer puppy picking by pictures and puppy temperament information to those who are long distances away and only can make one trip to pick up their puppy.

    At approximately 6.5 to 8 weeks of age,when the puppies are fully weaned and their 6 week shots have had some time to take effect,we will be happy to have you come and pick up your puppy .
     
    We do charge a 5.00 per day fee to hold a puppy past 8 weeks of age until you pick him/her up.This fee is non refundable.

    We are strict about letting the puppy choosing go in order of reserve list along with payment of deposit to be fair to everyone involved.

We accept personal checks and money orders for deposits but only cash for the remaining balance when your puppy is picked up.
